Maynard Dixon

   Dixon, Maynard David, September 1, 1942 - April 17, 2019

   It is with deep sadness that the family of the late Maynard David Dixon wish to announce his passing on April 17, 2019 at the age of 76 years.

   Our beloved son and brother passed away suddenly while working in his shop doing what he did best, maybe it was fixing a lawn mower, tiller, or whatever took the best mechanic touch.

   Maynard was born on September 1, 1942 in Russell, Manitoba, son of Muriel and Norman Dixon of the Grand Narrow district.  In 1972 he married Darlene Airriess, later they divorced and in 1986 he married Priscilla (Pat) Carter until she passed away suddenly on January 10, 2012.

   Surviving to mourn our loss is Maynard’s mother Muriel; brothers Keith (Elizabeth) and Lyle (Diana); many nieces, nephews and extended family and his many coffee buddies.
