Nesbitt, Kenneth Rae August 5, 1945 – January 22, 2018 was raised on the Nesbitt farm at Willowbrook, Saskatchewan where he lived until he finished his schooling and moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba. Ken worked and lived in Winnipeg until his eye sight and health deteriorated making it necessary to be placed into long term care. Ken was eventually transferred to the Roblin Personal Care Home to be closer to his Saskatchewan family where he resided until his passing.
Kenny’s family would like to thank the staff at the Roblin Personal Care Home for all the care and understanding they gave Ken during his time with them.
Ken leaves to mourn his passing his mother Tina Nesbitt, sister Connie (Barry) Kozak, brother Allan (Connie) Nesbitt, sister Merla (Rod) Lenuik, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, along with his Winnipeg friends. Ken was predeceased by his father Albert Nesbitt, sister Susan Nesbitt, nephew Wayne Kozak and girlfriend Dale Sinclair.
A private family graveside service was held at the Yorkton City Cemetery. Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Kenneth to the Manitoba CNIB as tokens of remembrance. To leave a note of condolence for the family, please visit Nairn-chyzfuneralhome.com.
