Funeral Services for Jon Kozak was held April 23, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. from the St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church, 163 Centre Street, Flin Flon, Manitoba with Father Paul Bringleson officiating.

A Graveside Service for Jon Kozak will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 from St. John's Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery in Roblin, Manitoba.
