James Alfred Swidzinski

James Alfred Swidzinski    March 11, 1971 – March 5, 2022

Jamie was born at the Gilbert Plains Hospital on March 11, 1971. He was the second son of Anton and Roselene Swidzinski.

Battling epilepsy all his life, Jamie still enjoyed attending special education classes in the Grandview School and Corner Bakeshop.  In September 2016, he became a resident of the Grandview Personal Care Home. With the excellent care of the nurses, he made many more friends.

Jamie will be greatly missed by his mother, Roselene, brother, Larry (Loretta) Swidzinski, nephew Brendon, niece Ashley; and brother Dwayne (Kerry) Swidzinski, nephews Andrew and Tyler. 
Along with his Godfather Sidney Yurkiw, uncles and aunts including Russell and Pauline Yurkiw, Steve Yurkiw, David and Barb Yurkiw, Nellie Deans and Mary Tyschinski and many more cousins and extended family.
James was predeceased by his father, Anton in 2012, his grandparents Andy Yurkiw (’95) Lena Yurkiw (’92) and grandparents Eugene Swidzinski (’87) Annie Swidzinski (’78)

Funeral service was held at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church March 11, 2022 with internment following at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Roblin, Manitoba.  To leave a note of condolence for the family please visit nairnchyz-wolkowski.ca.
