Adolph Edel

EDEL, Adolph born December 6, 1918 – November 8, 2017 aged 98 years. Adolph Edel, husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, went to be with his Lord a month shy of his 99th birthday.  Adolph was a long-time resident of Roblin and area.  In his early years he worked in the logging industry, as a trucker, and in his own sawmill before completing his life's work as a farmer and retiring "in town".

He is survived by his wife Hertha, (nee Wagner), sons Mervin (Tannis) and Murray (Marion), and daughters Joyce (Peter), Geraldine (Doug), and Gloria (Gary), together with nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Adolph was predeceased by his daughter-in-law Shirley Edel (nee Smith).  He was the sole survivor of his immediate family.
